At Nurpury Luxury, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain our luxury standards, a return request must meet the following criteria:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags, packaging, and authenticity certificates must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or Personalized items (specifically tailored for you).

  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale or clearance event.

  • Intimate apparel or jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Wallet) within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our concierge team at [Your Email/Phone].

5. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo/video during unboxing and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund.
